The purpose of this website is to remind students of what they learned in class and for others to learn the science of well-being as well!

"Wellness, or a sense of well-being, includes one’s ability to live and work effectively and to make a significant contribution to society. Well-being is the ‘realization of one’s physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual potential’." (Well-Being Research Framework)

So it's important that we take with us the lessons we learned and use them in the future, for ourselves and for others.
